Basketball Recap: Storm King Find Success

Storm King's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They snuck past the Columbia Cougars with a 43-39 victory. The 43-point effort marked Storm King's lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Storm King now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Columbia, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Storm King will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hamden Hall Country Day at 3:00 p.m. on January 11, 2025. As for Columbia, they will square off against North Bergen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
