Basketball Recap: Phil Campbell Takes a Loss

Phil Campbell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 50-46 heartbreaker at the hands of the Cherokee Indians. The Bobcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Indians earlier this season, when they won 48-39.

Phil Campbell now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Cherokee, their victory bumped their record up to 3-8.

Phil Campbell is taking a road trip to take on Shoals Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Phil Campbell is facing Shoals Christian at the right time seeing as Shoals Christian is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for Cherokee, they will be home for the holidays to greet Belgreen at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
