Soccer Recap: TMI-Episcopal Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, TMI-Episcopal was not quite Incarnate Word's equal in the second half on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Incarnate Word Shamrocks. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Shamrocks earlier this season, when they won 2-2.

TMI-Episcopal now has a losing record at 3-4-1. As for Incarnate Word, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 7-11-1.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Antonian Prep the next time they take the pitch. Incarnate Word will host Antonian Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while TMI-Episcopal will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on February 11th.
