Basketball Recap: Kootenai Comes Up Short

Kootenai was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 55-22 defeat at the hands of the Wallace Miners. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by exactly 33 points.

Kootenai's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Wallace, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-6.

Kootenai will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mullan at 5:30 p.m. on January 23rd. As for Wallace, they will square off against Clark Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
