Tenoroc is on a seven-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and Davenport a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Tenoroc's offense. They lost 29-0 to Riverview last Thursday.

Meanwhile, Davenport came up short against Poinciana last Thursday, falling 16-5.

Davenport saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Luis Escalera, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one triple. Davenport is 2-1 when Escalera posts two or more runs, but 1-11 otherwise. Jacob Bishop also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Tenoroc's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Davenport, their loss dropped their record down to 3-12.
