Volleyball Game Preview: Verndale Pirates vs. Laporte Wildcats + How To Watch

The Verndale Pirates will take on the Laporte Wildcats at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.

Verndale is headed into the matchup having just suffered their biggest loss since September 11th on Thursday. They came up short against Wadena-Deer Creek, falling 3-0. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Wolverines recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, Laporte entered their tilt with Clearbrook-Gonvick on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Bears by a score of 3-1.

Laporte's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Verndale, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.
