Basketball Game Preview: Notre Dame Academy Rebels vs. Brockton Boxers

The Notre Dame Academy Rebels will face off against the Brockton Boxers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Notre Dame Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. Everything went their way against St. Bernard's Central Catholic on Wednesday as Notre Dame Academy made off with a 66-42 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Rebels have posted since January 17, 2024.

Meanwhile, after only 16 points in their last contest, Brockton made sure to put some points up on the board against Randolph on Tuesday. Brockton put the hurt on Randolph with a sharp 56-35 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Boxers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Brockton's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Notre Dame Academy, they have also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
