Basketball Game Preview: Two Harbors Agates vs. Floodwood Polar Bears

The Two Harbors Agates will square off against the Floodwood Polar Bears at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Two Harbors sitting on four straight wins and Floodwood on three.

Last Thursday, Two Harbors made easy work of Carlton/Wrenshall and carried off a 61-37 victory.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Floodwood). They blew past Cook County 77-37 on Friday. The Polar Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 26 points or more this season.

Two Harbors pushed their record up to 8-11 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.8 points per game. As for Floodwood, their victory bumped their record up to 10-3.
