Basketball Recap: Colbert Heights Snaps Eight-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Colbert Heights entered their match against Sheffield on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Colbert Heights Wildcats took a 60-44 bruising from the Sheffield Bulldogs. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 56-42 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Colbert Heights' loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-5. As for Sheffield, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-3.

Colbert Heights (ranked 300th) will meet Central (ranked 54th) at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Sheffield will challenge Mars Hill Bible at 7:30 p.m. on Friday down 219 places (252 vs. 33).
