Basketball Recap: Twin Rivers Comes Up Short

Twin Rivers lost against Bernie back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Twin Rivers Royals came up short against the Bernie Mules, falling 65-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Royals have suffered against the Mules since January 31, 2022.

Twin Rivers has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-7 record this season. As for Bernie, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-5.

Twin Rivers will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Portageville at 7:15 p.m. on February 17th. Bernie has already played their next game (against Holcomb), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
