Basketball Recap: Loraine Comes Up Short

Loraine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Highland Hornets 67-36. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bulldogs have suffered against the Hornets since January 18, 2019.

Loraine's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Highland, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.

Loraine will take on Highland in a holiday battle at 3:30 p.m. on December 20th at. As for Highland, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Paint Rock at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
