Volleyball Recap: Shawnee Mission North Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Shawnee Mission North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Olathe West Owls, falling 3-0. If the Bison were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Owls when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-16, 25-11.

Shawnee Mission North's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12-3. As for Olathe West, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 18-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Shawnee Mission North is set to take on their familiar foe Olathe South at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Olathe West will square off against rival Shawnee Mission East at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
