Basketball Recap: Connally Takes a Loss

Connally was the 55-43 winner over Robinson when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Connally Cadets were just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 52-51 to the Robinson Rockets. The Cadets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Connally's record now sits at 6-17. As for Robinson, their win bumped their record up to 12-8.

Connally and Robinson could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Connally (ranked 749th) will meet Lorena (ranked 156th) at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Robinson will face off against La Vega at 6:15 p.m. on Friday down 458 places (483 vs. 25).
