Volleyball Recap: White City Takes a Loss

The White City Huskies came up short against the Canton-Galva Eagles on Saturday and fell 2-0.

White City may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 20 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-20.

Leading Canton-Galva to victory were Londyn Dietrich and Haven Oliver. Dietrich had 24 digs and two aces, while Oliver had ten digs. That's the most aces Dietrich has posted over her last two matches.

White City's loss dropped their record down to 0-2-6. As for Canton-Galva, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-6.

White City has already played their next contest, a 0-0 draw against Trinity on the 27th. As for Canton-Galva, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Sacred Heart on the 27th.
