Soccer Game Preview: Eagle Rock vs. Arleta

Eagle Rock is 0-7-1 against Arleta since December of 2015 but things could change on Monday. The Eagles will head out to challenge the Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Eagle Rock can't be too happy about their upcoming road contest considering what happened when they opened their season away from home on Wednesday. They fell just short of Glendale by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Arleta fell victim to Monroe and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings.

Eagle Rock couldn't quite get it done against Arleta when the teams last played back in December of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
