Baseball Game Preview: St. Michael's Warriors vs. Savio Eagles

The St. Michael's Warriors will take on the Savio Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Neither St. Michael's nor Savio posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for St. Michael's offense. They lost 6-0 to Allegiance on Tuesday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Michael's saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Reid Bautch, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Meanwhile, Savio didn't have quite enough to beat Antonian Prep back in March and fell 4-2. The Eagles have struggled against the Apaches recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Savio's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4-1. As for St. Michael's, their loss dropped their record down to 14-16-1.
