Wright hadn't done well against Big Horn recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Wright Panthers took down the Big Horn Rams 71-54. The victory was familiar territory for the Panthers who have now won six games in a row.

Despite the defeat, Big Horn saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Bridger Doke dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. Doke has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Cruz Hernandez was another key player, putting up seven points and three steals.

Wright is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.2 points per game. As for Big Horn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-8.
