Baseball Recap: Muncie Central Comes Up Short

Muncie Central managed to slip by Wapahani the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bearcats lost 10-0 to the Raiders on Saturday. Having soared to a lofty 22 runs in the game before, the Bearcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Muncie Central dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Wapahani, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Muncie Central will be playing at home against Elwood at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wapahani, they will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Greenfield-Central at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
