Volleyball Recap: Kit Carson Comes Up Short

Kit Carson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Simla Cubs. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cubs from their previous meeting back in August of 2023.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-8.

Kit Carson's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Simla, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season.

Kit Carson has already played their next contest (against La Veta), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Simla, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Dayspring Christian Academy on the 27th.
