Softball Recap: Rosemead Sets Scoring Season-High Against Marshall

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rosemead). They blew past the Marshall Eagles 24-3 on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won nine in a row.

Stella Aragon was incredible, scoring four runs while going 4-for-4. Jaelene Torres was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.

Rosemead always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .519. The last time their OBP was this high was back in March of 2024.

Rosemead's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Marshall, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.
