On Thursday Tohatchi will have to hit the road after three straight games at home. They will face off against the Wingate Bears at 7:00 p.m. Wingate took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Tohatchi, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, Tohatchi made easy work of Newcomb and carried off a 3-0 win.

Meanwhile, Wingate didn't have quite enough to beat Navajo Prep on Tuesday and fell 3-2. While the Bears didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Eagles 25-17 in the first set.
Wingate actually scored more points across those five sets (98-94), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 25-21, 25-14, 12-25, 15-13.
Tohatchi is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. As for Wingate, they dropped their record down to 4-14 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
