Soccer Recap: Peninsula Comes Up Short

On Tuesday, the Peninsula Seahawks came up short against the Mt. Rainier Rams and fell 3-1. That's two games in a row now that the Seahawks have lost by exactly two goals.

Peninsula's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Peninsula will square off against River Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mt. Rainier, they will take on Auburn Riverside at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Auburn Riverside's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
