St. Johns has gone 8-2 against Waverly recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The St. Johns Redwings will be playing in front of their home fans against the Waverly Warriors at 6:30 p.m. St. Johns will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

Last Thursday, everything went St. Johns' way against Eastern as St. Johns made off with a 64-39 win. Given the Redwings' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 68th, while the Quakers are ranked 567th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Waverly came up short against Okemos on Thursday and fell 47-38.

St. Johns pushed their record up to 15-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points over those games. As for Waverly, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season.

St. Johns didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Waverly when the teams last played back in March of 2024, but they still walked away with a 50-46 win.
