Basketball Recap: Randolph Takes a Loss

Randolph lost against Triton back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Randolph Rockets lost to the Triton Cobras at home by a 68-51 margin. While losing is never fun, the Rockets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 268th, while the Cobras are ranked 95th).

Randolph dropped their record down to 6-9 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Triton, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-2.

Randolph has already played their next contest, a 41-32 loss against Grand Meadow on the 28th. Triton has also already played their next match (against Plainview-Elgin-Millville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
