Union hadn't done well against South Summit recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. Union had just enough and edged out South Summit 2-1. While Union didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Cody Duncan was the driving force of Union's attack as he scored both of Union's goals, bringing his season total up to seven goals.

Union's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-1. As for South Summit, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Union wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, an 8-0 defeat against Ogden on the 21st. South Summit has also already played their next matchup (against Grantsville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
