The Fairfield Falcons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 68-50 win over Central Christian Academy. That 68-50 margin sets a new team best for Fairfield this season.
Fairfield was led to victory by Calen Wente and Connor Fowler. Wente dropped a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds, while Fowler scored 25 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. That makes it six consecutive games in which Fowler has scored at least 25% of Fairfield's points. Brodie Snodgrass was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
The win got Fairfield back to even at 3-3. As for Central Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
