Volleyball Game Preview: Wasatch Academy Tigers vs. Parowan Rams

The Wasatch Academy Tigers will head out to challenge the Parowan Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Wasatch Academy came up short against American Prep WV two weeks ago, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost three in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-20, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Parowan didn't have quite enough to beat Panguitch on Thursday and fell 3-2.

While Parowan ultimately came up short, they really made Panguitch work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 26-24, 24-26, 17-25, 15-10.

Wasatch Academy now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Parowan, their loss dropped their record down to 13-15.

Wasatch Academy might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Parowan in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. Can the Tigers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
