Eagle's Landing waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Eagle's Landing who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-19, 17-25, 25-19, 17-25, 15-12.

Leading Eagle's Landing to victory were Kaeya Headley and Antonella Rodriguez. Headley had nine digs and one assist, while Rodriguez had ten digs and four aces. Those ten digs gave Rodriguez a new career-high.
