 Nix wasn't the only one working in the  assists department: Verbena was working as a unit and  finished the game with 15  assists. That's the most  assists they've managed all season.
 The  victory made it two in a row for Maplesville and  bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Verbena, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
