Basketball Recap: Fort Cobb-Broxton Takes a Loss

Fort Cobb-Broxton was the 62-50 winner over Chattanooga when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Fort Cobb-Broxton Mustangs took a 45-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chattanooga Warriors on Saturday. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fort Cobb-Broxton's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Chattanooga, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fort Cobb-Broxton will head out to challenge Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chattanooga, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Granite at 8:00 p.m. on January 28th.
