Blair-Taylor waltzed into their match on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They were the clear victors by a 12-3 margin over the Independence/Gilmanton Indees. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Indees, too.

Blair-Taylor pushed their record up to 9-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Independence/Gilmanton, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.

Blair-Taylor has already played their next game, a 26-0 victory against Pepin/Alma on the 7th. As for Independence/Gilmanton, they will head out to challenge Melrose-Mindoro at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Mustangs' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Indees' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
