Volleyball Recap: Heritage Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Heritage Christian Academy and Sugar Hill Christian Academy squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Heritage Christian Academy had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Stallions. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Heritage Christian Academy was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Sugar Hill Christian Academy's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-6, 25-16, 25-20.

Heritage Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Sugar Hill Christian Academy, the win was the 20th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-5.

Heritage Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sugar Hill Christian Academy, after both having extra time off, they and Alleluia Community will shake off the rust and duke it out at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
