Basketball Recap: Sequoia Triumphs

Sequoia's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They managed a 49-45 victory over the South San Francisco Warriors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 57-49 two weeks ago.

Sequoia's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for South San Francisco, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Woodside the next time they take the court. Sequoia will host Woodside at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, while South San Francisco will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
