Volleyball Recap: Monsignor Pace Continues Road Dominance on Thursday

Monsignor Pace's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Everglades Gators.

Monsignor Pace was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-10, 15-25, 25-12.

Tiffany Mirabal was nothing short of spectacular: she had 14 digs and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high.

Mirabal wasn't the only good servers: Monsignor Pace was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 16 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in eight consecutive matchups.

Monsignor Pace's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-9. As for Everglades, the loss snapped their winning streak at six matches and leaves them with a 9-4 record.

Coming up, Monsignor Pace will be playing in front of their home fans against Goleman at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Everglades, they will head out to challenge Sagemont Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
