Basketball Recap: Tyee Titans vs. Lindbergh Eagles

After soaring to 60 points the game before, Tyee was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They had to suffer through a 68-18 loss at the hands of the Lindbergh Eagles. The defeat continues a trend for the Titans in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost eight in a row.

James Huff was his usual excellent self, going 10 of 14 en route to 21 points along with eight assists and eight blocks for Lindbergh. Huff continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Lukas Lutthans was another key player, going 6 for 10 on his way to 13 points and five steals.

Tyee's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Lindbergh, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-8.

Tyee wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 72-34 defeat against Granite Falls on the 13th. Lindbergh has also already played their next game, a 67-42 win against Newport - Bellevue on the 14th.
