Volleyball Recap: Phoenix Country Day Continues Road Dominance on Wednesday

Phoenix Country Day won the last time they faced Rancho Solano Prep and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Eagles skirted past the Mustangs 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Eagles have posted against the Mustangs since October 3, 2018.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Phoenix Country Day who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 23-25, 26-24, 24-26, 15-10.

Despite the defeat, Rancho Solano Prep had strong showings from Bree Howard, who had 23 digs and three aces, and Savvy Heffner, who had 19 assists and two aces.
