Volleyball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jasper County Hurricanes. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hawks of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-3, 25-17.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Jasper County, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Central has already played their next game (against Putnam County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Jasper County, they will challenge Newton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
