Volleyball Recap: St. Clair Comes Up Short at Home Against Cardinal Mooney Catholic

St. Clair unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Cardinal Mooney Catholic Cardinals by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The Saints were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cardinals apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Coming up, St. Clair will take on Port Huron at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cardinal Mooney Catholic, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Marine City on the 22nd.
