Baseball Game Preview: South Fort Myers Wolfpack vs. East Lee County Jaguars

South Fort Myers is a perfect 10-0 against East Lee County since February of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. South Fort Myers will host East Lee County at 6:00 p.m. South Fort Myers will be strutting in after a win while East Lee County will be coming in after a loss.

South Fort Myers took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Loyola Academy a 10-0 shutout. That ten run margin sets a new team best for the Wolfpack this season.

The team relied heavily on Juan Angeles, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three doubles. South Fort Myers is 2-1 when Angeles posts three or more hits, but 5-10 otherwise. David Acevedo was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 4-for-4.
