Football Game Preview: Springfield Senators vs. Glenwood Titans + How To Watch

Springfield hasn't had much luck against Glenwood recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Senators will be playing at home against the Titans at 7:00 p.m. Springfield has given up an average of 31.6 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Springfield is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 33 points last Friday, they were much more limited against Rochester on Friday. They were outmatched by the Rockets and fell 55-10. The contest marked the Senators' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Glenwood put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 35-31 W against Sacred Heart-Griffin.

Springfield better keep an eye on Colten Knoedler. He was instrumental in Glenwood's win, throwing for 252 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 12.0 yards per attempt, and also rushing for 56 yards and one score.

Springfield's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Glenwood, their victory bumped their record up to 8-0.

Springfield was taken down by Glenwood 49-21 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Senators were down 35-7.
