Football Recap: Lehman Lobos vs. College Station Cougars
Lehman played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by the College Station Cougars and fell 70-14. While losing is never fun, the Lobos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 780th, while the Cougars are ranked 128th).
Although Lehman took the loss, they still got scores from Nian Guzman and David Rivera.
Keaton Johnson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for College Station, rushing for 64 yards and one TD, while also throwing for 115 yards and a pair of touchdowns. What's more, Johnson racked up 129.8 passer rating, the most he's had since back in October of 2024.
