Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Payne Tech). They took their matchup on Thursday with ease, bagging an 83-56 victory over the Science Park Chargers. The win was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on three straight.

Payne Tech has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.4 points per game. As for Science Park, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Payne Tech didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 91-55 victory against Pioneer Academy on the 18th. As for Science Park, they will challenge University at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Science Park is facing University at the right time seeing as University is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
