It's playoff time, and Heritage had no trouble coming through when it counted. They had just enough and edged out the Sherando Warriors 4-2. Winning may never get old, but the Pride sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.
Aaron Van Tuyle made a splash while hitting and pitching. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two runs. He has become a key player for Heritage: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 10-11 otherwise.
