Volleyball Recap: Kendrick Tigers vs. Wallace Miners

The Kendrick Tigers fell just short of the Wallace Miners by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. While the Tigers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Miners 25-13 in the first period.
Kendrick started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-13, 15-11.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Wallace to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kayden Stutzke, who had 12 digs and 11 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Amie Strange, who had eight digs and two aces.
Kendrick has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season. As for Wallace, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-7.
