Columbia has gone 9-1 against Salem recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Eagles will head out to square off against the Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Columbia has struggled recently with three defeats in a row, while Salem will arrive with three straight victories.

On Tuesday, Columbia didn't have quite enough to beat Salem and fell 4-2.

For Salem's part, Jalen Inlow was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run. Inlow has become a key player for the Wildcats: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 7-11 otherwise.

Columbia's loss dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Salem, the win got them back to even at 11-11.
