Basketball Recap: North Mason Comes Up Short

North Mason was the 73-59 winner over Olympic when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The North Mason Bulldogs took a 71-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Olympic Trojans on Tuesday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why North Mason lost, don't look at Cameron Revelez. Despite the final result, he went 9-for-22 to rack up 27 points and seven steals. The dominant performance gave Revelez a new career-high in steals. Another player making a difference was Andrew Littrean, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds.

Even though they lost, North Mason smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in four consecutive matchups.

North Mason now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Olympic, they now have a winning record of 11-10.
