Basketball Game Preview: Allen East Mustangs vs. Lincolnview Lancers

Allen East hasn't had much luck against Lincolnview recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Allen East Mustangs will challenge the Lincolnview Lancers at 7:30 p.m. Allen East will be strutting in after a win while Lincolnview will be coming in after a loss.

Last Saturday, Allen East slipped by Hardin Northern 36-35.

Meanwhile, Lincolnview came up short against Parkway on Saturday and fell 55-46. The Lancers haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Lincolnview's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Allen East, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

Everything came up roses for Allen East against Lincolnview when the teams last played back in February of 2024, as the team secured a 68-36 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Allen East since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
