Basketball Recap: Liberty Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Liberty had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They strolled past the Freedom Falcons with points to spare, taking the game 62-43. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 67-62 back in December of 2025.

Liberty's record is now 18-3. As for Freedom, their loss dropped their record down to 13-8.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Liberty is set to challenge their familiar foe Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Freedom will take on rival Pittsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
