Volleyball Recap: Wagon Mound Comes Up Short

Wagon Mound was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Clovis Christian Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-19, 25-12.

Wagon Mound's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Clovis Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-2.

While Wagon Mound had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
