Baseball Recap: Shelbyville Gets the Win

After losing to West Sabine the last time they met, Shelbyville decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Shelbyville Dragons came out on top against the West Sabine Tigers by a score of 8-3 on Friday.

Hunter Harvey was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashton Scarborough, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Shelbyville hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most four strikeouts in four consecutive games.
